Founded in 2016 by President & CEO Jonathan Crawley, Strategix was built on a guiding principle: strong families are the foundation of strong communities. Driven by this belief, Mr. Crawley established a firm committed to advancing the well-being of American families. Today, Strategix continues to collaborate with mission-aligned partners—those dedicated to creating meaningful impact through education, workforce development, and resource empowerment.

Jonathan Crawley President & CEO

Jonathan Crawley is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with more than 15 years of management consulting experience across both the private and federal sectors. Fueled by a passion for helping organizations navigate complex, real-world challenges and a deep commitment to building high-performing, purpose-driven teams, Jonathan founded Strategix in 2016. As President and CEO, he brings a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented leadership style that has been central to the company’s growth and sustained client success.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has led transformative initiatives for a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to U.S. federal agencies—delivering tailored, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value. His expertise spans organizational management, strategic innovation, and operational excellence. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Jonathan emphasizes servant leadership, fostering a culture where every team member is empowered to grow, perform, and deliver with excellence.

Before launching Strategix, Jonathan held senior leadership roles at consulting firms of various sizes, from startups to global enterprises. In these roles, he directed strategic growth, managed large-scale programs, and provided executive oversight for clients across key federal agencies including the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Labor, Education, Justice, Energy, and Transportation.

Jonathan is a proud graduate of Georgetown University’s prestigious McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC, and has amassed a collection of certifications and accolades over the years that speak to his dedication, expertise, and excellence. His leadership continues to shape Strategix’s vision: empowering people, delivering innovation, and creating lasting impact for clients and communities.

    Affirm dignity by recognizing and responding to the needs of your team. Actively resolve issues; never wait for things to just get better. Respect people of all positions through word and behavior.

    Model the way for your team. Help your team realize how each person’s role contributes to a larger picture. Be sure to share not only the “what” and “how” of your vision but also the “why.”

    Be clear on non-negotiables that define your integrity (especially with yourself). Identify how integrity will increase your long-term profitability or success. Remember ethical business practices reduces long-term risk.

  • Put People First and Privilege People Before Tasks

    Show tangible appreciation for your team – through both word and deed. Put people first (over money and time). Be proactively kind to your team, routinely finding ways to encourage them and support them.

  • Balance Focus with Flexibility Before Making Decisions

    Be willing to abandon a path when it proves futile. Maintain the essential “10,000-foot view,” but keep track of the “on-the-ground” work. Pay attention to market trends and proactively respond before you are forced to react.

  • Innovate and Disrupt. Challenge the Normal to Create the Best

    Understand the issues or problems completely and objectively. Eliminate artificial barriers to solutions with the “it was never done that way” thinking. Build buy-in to innovation and disruption by focusing on the “adapt or fail” realities.

  • Serve with Humility Before all Else

    Recognize that every leader has room for improvement, including yourself. Always ask others how you are doing and never stop re-evaluating your performance. Look for boring tasks you can do and opportunities to connect with others that demonstrate you are truly approachable.
